  * Make testing more friendly for automated CPAN Testers.
    - Move Pod::Readme, Pod::Markup from 'build_requires' to
      'configure_requires'.
    - Add testrules.yml to enforce correct order of tests.
    - Add show-config-log.t for CPAN Testers.
    - Amend SKIP message in kwalitee.t.
    - Bail out with 'OS unsupported' on systems without Secret service or
      missing Secret-1.typelib to prevent CPAN Testers from sending FAIL
      reports.
  * Catch typelib import errors to additionally provide a helpful hint
    for simple-minded users.
