	- The following are suggested by Tatsuhiko Miyagawa.
	o create HTML entities table in it's way.
	o removed HTML::Entities from prerequisite pm to build this
	  distribution.
	o added "_xml" suffixed two functions (name2decimal_xml() and
	  name2hex_xml()) for addapted to create valid XML.
