     Changed epsilon tolerance in test 14_scale_weights from 1.0e-11 to 1.0e-10
     to make test pass on MSWin32-x86-multi-thread.
 
     Modified tests 02_R5ptsU1-D through 08_3ptsU1-D to run cleanly with
     "use strict".  All test files (*.t) are now "use strict" clean and
     -w clean.
