* Fixed a bug in the eigenvectors calculation procedure for
  non-symmetric matrices.  Results are different.  Also use the
  LAPACK procedure ‘gebal’ to balance a matrix.  This results in
  more accurate eigenvectors for ill-conditioned matrices.
