  - MSYS2 is properly setup on a share install
  - GNU make is installed as part of a share install
  - share install will only happen if it is requested
    (set ALIEN_INSTALL_TYPE to share) since MSYS2 is
    a large package
  - Alien::MSYS2->bin_dir works for system install
