    - New map method for DiagonalGD allow the user to create an
      imagemap.

    - Start and end can now be input down to the second level with
      the yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss format. However GraphGD only operates
      at the yyyy-mm-dd level. The new format was introduced for the
      DiagonalGD chart.
