        - boa eh, Changed Namespace from Cache:: to Cac::
        - added signal-fixup in perl-master mode
        - fixed 'cache --perl -e "exit 33"' to return 33
        - added tty-fixup in perl-master mode
        - included a simple Makefile.unix for Cache build
        - prepared to release the stuff
