        Enable partial document returns on DBRef->fetch()

        Using Scalar::Defer was a bad idea and so that functionality is now
            replaced using a proper object
        Add some more tests to make sure storing something with live refs
            works
        Hook some more into MongoDB to properly deflate the new objects when
            calling insert or update
