      PAUSE/Packages.pm -- the 'PAUSE-Packages' resulted in broken
      cache filename when testing from the dev directory. I'm sure there's
      a better way to fix this, but this is easiest for now.
    - Added [Git::Tag] and [Git::Push] to dist.ini
