List of quirks enabled when a vhost's QuirksMode is enabled (the default)

libgaim 1.5.0 (as found in Adium 0.89) sends this in response to a type of vCard query it doesn't
support:

<iq id='aacba' from='brad@jabber.bradfitz.com/Psi' to='brad@jabber.bradfitz.com/Psi' type='error'>

In this case, I was actually logged in as brad@fitzpat.com/Adium, but
it set the 'from' to the address that the original IQ 'get was from.

So in quirks mode the from is re-written to the correct address, rather than closing the client
with a stream error of invalid-from.

This was fixed in gaim svn r14116 in protocols/jabber/iq.c
