	  Added helpful instructions for installing from scratch.  These
	  ocr like modules have a lot of depencencies, I believe the
	  INSTALL file will help a lot.

	  document.  I've corresponded a lot about how to install this, and
	  this answers most of any problems people have.

	  t/93_badxref.t, t/99_cleanup.t: A major change here.	This is to
	  help with pdf files that have bad xref tables.  PDF::OCR2 can
	  check a pdf with an eval to PDF::API2.  We now check a pdf *by
	  default*.  Before, the option was there, but the default was to
	  be off.

	  There is also a flag to attempt to repair the pdf to a temporary
	  file.  By default it is off.

	* bin/: pdfcheck, pdfocrtest: moved pdfocrtest to pdfcheck instead.
	  This program is useful to check what is wrong in a pdf in
	  general. I made it so testing for PDF::Burst and PDF::OCR2 is
	  optional, with the -b flag.  Also , the target file is copied to
	  a temp directory, that we we dont have residue in the target doc
	  dir.
