* 0.09 - Revert to not-has/methods due to inlining errors in
   dependant modules, ignore_octave now an optional parameter to the
   pitchname method.
 * 0.08 - Even more fix ::German to behave like lilypond, add ::Dutch
   (lilypond, only not quite so German), ignore_octave attribute in the
   event just want the unencumbered note name. Probably some other
   things, too.
