	- Added the formatting functions to_boolean() and
	  to_boolean_term() from Algorithm::QuineMcCluskey. Re-wrote
	  the code to not use Tie::Cyle, which was a little overkill.

	  version 1.00 of Algorithm-QuineMcCluskey.
