	- The --suite and --basedir options are no longer required. If --suite
	  does not exist, the SVSH_SUITE environment variable is checked. If --basedir
	  does not exist, the SVSH_BASE environment variable is checked, and if not,
	  the default directory for the specific suite is used (see the suite's class
	  for its default directory).
