        - fix bug: inline contexts (like #scalar)
          were not being respected for printing
        - Makefile.PL required ExtUtils::MakeMaker 6.31 
          and we are more tolerant now (thanks, Lorn)
        - now the right line number is used at
          warnings and errors (Lorn again)
