	- can call a "new" method remotely with args.
	- uses the "optional_dispatcher" feature of SOAP::Transport::HTTP::Apache.
	- SOAP::Autounload moved to SOAP::Transport::HTTP::AutoInvoke since
      it is HTTP specific.
