	Add 'fallback_revision' option to enable support for distribution
	  source exported (svn export) from Subversion. When working from a
	  working copy, the file dist.ini is checked for having 'svn:keywords'
	  enabled so that the expansion will work.

	- replace Alien::SVN with SVN::Core: SVN::Core may be installed from

	  original sources on Debian/Ubuntu
