    - fixed broken visited tags/vars logic, pretty stupid :)
    - renamed internal function names to follow expand_* scheme.
    - define_var() now accepts multiple (hash) entries.

    - exec tag is now forbidden by default
    - added add_inc_paths() and del_inc_paths()
    - include tag allow only filenames ( a-z A-Z 0-9 - _ )

    - removed 'STYLE' notion, keyword replaced with MODE to avoid
      HTML's 'STYLE' tag.
    - %ENV is not used by default anymore. if you want old behaviour
      merge %ENV inside Expander's internal environment.
